Elder Law, Estate Planning, Wills and Trust Drafting and Probate
We represent clients in the analysis of ownership of assets, tax and financial planning, and drafting of estate planning documents including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, income assignment trusts ("Miller Trusts"), and special needs trusts. We assist clients with financial Powers of Attorney, healthcare Powers of Attorney, living wills, guardianships and conservatorships, probate and non-probate administration of estates, trust administration, and Medicaid planning. We also handle a range of elder law concerns for clients and their families.

Real Estate Law
Our practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions. We assist in the drafting of purchase agreements for buying or selling of properties, examination of abstracts, clearing of title objections, drafting of conveyance documents, closing of transactions and platting of new developments. Taxation
At Beatty & Miller, P.C., we represent clients in personal, fiduciary and corporate income tax, estate and gift tax, and property tax planning.
